These hoodies are 70% Cotton and 30% recycled polyester. They fit true to size and run a little long. The size chart is below. The measurements listed are based on the actual garment. Not the body. 

Lay a hoodie that fits you well flat on a table.

Measure armpit-to-armpit across the front (Chest) and from the shoulder-neck seam down to the hem (Body Length). 

Compare those two numbers directly to the chart to pick the closest size.
