How do I care for my new clothes?

Most of our clothes are already pre-shrunk; however, just to stay safe, wash on cold and hang dry. For printed designs, to ensure you get a long lifetime out of them, wash them inside out and hang dry. Please do not iron the embroidery directly, as this could ruin the threads. That's it!

Where is my order?

Please allow 10-20 business days*(unless specified in the drop description) for us to craft and process your order. We are composed of full-time workers, things take time to make.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has shipped. At this time, we don't accept returns unless it is an exchange for a different size.

Once Simple Stock has shipped the product, it is in the control of USPS to get it to you; we are not liable for any shipping delays or mishaps by USPS.
